*$500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract to reserve your date. Deposit amount goes towards the total amount. Payment are divided into monthly installments with the balance due 30 days prior to event date.

2- Day Rental:

Add Thursday from 3:30pm-8:30pm to your Friday rental for a $800 Thursday rental fee. (Use this time to unload, decorate, rehearse & have rehearsal dinner onsite.) This is a great option for our clients since you’re getting 2 days for a little more than a Saturday rental.

  • Jan, Feb, July, August: $1,000 off

  • $300 off for Military & First Responders (Bride or Groom only)

  • Only one discount can be applied.

  • Bundled package price does not change on time of the year

We have partnered with some great vendors to create a package that provides a little help planning & designing your wedding! You are able to save on the venue, cake, DJ and florals but can still choose other vendors like photography and catering.

Florals- 1 Bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 Groom and 5 groomsmen boutonnieres, flat lay florals, cake florals and a coordinating arbor arrangement to your colors/theme You will have a seperate meeting with the florist to talk colors, themes, Pinterest inspo etc!
